Salaudeen Abdullahi Ishola is an accomplished media professional and academic with a profound expertise in Mass Communication, Journalism, and Media Studies. His work covers various areas, including trauma journalism, media convergence, the impact of AI in journalism, and climate change awareness. He has conducted notable research, such as a paper on the mental health of journalists in Southwest Nigeria and another on AI adoption in news production and its ethical implications.
Salaudeen is actively engaged in multiple academic projects, including the development of textbooks on media convergence and speech delivery, as well as designing course curricula in corporate communication and advanced reporting. As the managing director of Korrectnews Media, he has been a pioneer in integrating AI for automated content creation, data-driven journalism, and audience analytics.
He is a fellow of Fact-check Africa and a member of the Association of Communication Scholars and Professionals of Nigeria (ACSPN). His commitment to media innovation is further reflected in his selection for the 2024 Media Entrepreneurship and Business Sustainability Fellowship, where he focuses on media entrepreneurship and sustainability.
