En esta convesración, detallaremos cómo ARIJ –Reporteros árabes para el periodismo de investigación– inició los primeros pasos para resaltar la importancia de la salud mental. Explicaremos las iniciativas adoptadas por ARIJ para facilitar el apoyo mental a nuestros periodistas, especialmente tras el aumento de la necesidad en octubre debido a la guerra en Gaza y los alrededores (Líbano, Yemen, Sudán, Siria). También arrojaremos luz sobre cómo ARIJ no solo se centra en su comunidad de periodistas y verificadores de datos, sino que también se dedica a apoyar a sus empleados que brindan asistencia a los periodistas, asegurando así un entorno de trabajo saludable y solidario para todos.
