Digital Media Strategist, RTT® Therapist & Women’s Rights Advocate
Lara Ayoub is a digital media strategist, trainer, and gender and media consultant with over 20 years of experience. She is the founder of The Media Lab, a community-interest organization, and co-founder of SADAQA, a nonprofit advocating for women's economic rights in Jordan. Throughout her career, she has launched and led five digital newsrooms, including three TV stations and two print publications.
Ayoub is a certified hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) practitioner specialized in guiding individuals towards enhanced mental wellness and personal growth. RTT® combines the most beneficial aspects of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP, CBT, and neuroscience principles, recognized as one of the most effective therapies for achieving fast and permanent results.
Ayoub is a PhD researcher at the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) and holds a master’s degree in Global Media & Digital Cultures from SOAS University of London. She serves on the boards of Save the Children – Jordan and the Industry Advisors & Mentors at UCLan. An Eisenhower fellow and recipient of the Goldman Sachs – Fortune Global Women Leaders Award, Ayoub continues to mentor and coach young emerging leaders.
