Facilitated by four journalists, this collaborative workshop breaks the silence and stigma around mental health in journalism. It highlights the urgent need to prioritise mental health for a sustainable media industry, by showing how the high-stress culture of journalism impacts well-being. Participants will share personal experiences and learn to use them for healing. Learn about actionable strategies and practical resources for stress management, mindfulness and peer and professional support to create safe and supportive work environments.
