Since most newsrooms don’t provide psychological support, many journalists struggle to cope with job-related mental health challenges. An easy solution for that problem: peer support. This panel adresses, from Netzwerk Recherche's experience, how setting up peer support structures in journalism can be an easy way to mitigate the burden our industry is facing.
