This workshop provides journalists with practical tools to prioritize self-care, reduce burnout, and manage stress. It starts with an icebreaker to highlight how often we unconsciously neglect our well-being, followed by a focus on mindfulness and awareness, emphasizing the importance of slowing down and reconnecting with what brings joy.

Participants will learn how to adopt small, positive changes using the 2% rule to improve work-life balance, connect with nature through eco-psychology, and minimize distractions like excessive phone use. The session also offers techniques for building self-esteem, practicing conscious wellness through journaling, meditation, and healthy habits, and becoming your own cheerleader.
